That is why we are happy to share this with you.

Our Legal Form

Earth Advocacy Youth is a legally registered association based in Denmark. The association exists within the Danish Tax Agency system, under the organizational number 42710156.

Our Decision-making Protocol

Our Decision-making Protocol is mainly project-focused and is regularly evaluated and improved. That way, we make sure that our decision-making process always follows our principles and evolves with us as an organization.

Our Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct lays the foundation for our work culture, our principles, and practices, and defines how we treat both each other and ourselves. Read it here!

Our Funders

A fundamental value for us is to ensure that the funding we receive is ethically sourced and is provided by a stakeholder that takes social and ecological responsibility.

Financial Accountability

On a regular basis, we compile and examine our financial activities and make this information public on this website. This financial summary shows how funding has been used and is compiled together with an auditor in Sweden who helps ensure that all invoices are available and that numbers match. Our organizational budget is not yet secured which means that our work is done on a voluntary basis, but this practice is already prepared for when the time comes!

We are GDPR Compliant

The GDPR is probably the strictest privacy law in the world. We at EAY take this subject seriously and constantly work hard to ensure that the persons and organizations we interact with have their personal data respected. EAY's processing of personal data complies with the GDPR, meaning that we, among other things, do not share your personal data with any third party without your prior consent, as defined by Article 4 of the GDPR. Most importantly, we actively develop clear and effective implementation measures based on the GDPR's definition of consent: "any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous [...] clear affirmative action".
